If I decide on coaching what will I get?
A typical coaching relationship usually runs 30 to 60 days. It includes face-to-face meetings, exercises and assessments plus unlimited e-mail, telephone support, role plays and follow-ups. Resumes are designed. Your first meeting is on us. You may decide to continue with coaching or go out and put what you've learned to work. There is no obligation.
Every relationship is set to fit the situation of the client and the challenges she or he faces. Sometimes there are immediate goals such as landing an interview building resumes or cover letters or negotiating a salary; often there are longer term goals such as a career development plan, business or consulting startup.
